Some services are provided directly by SoulCraft Voyages, while others may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.

All travel enquiries are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

1. The required booking information has been received;
2. The applicable advance payment or full payment has been received; and
3. SoulCraft Voyages or the relevant service provider has confirmed the booking in writing.

A quotation or itinerary provided before confirmation is not a guarantee of availability or price.

Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed and payment requirements have been fulfilled.

All prices quoted by SoulCraft Voyages are based on the information and availability applicable at the time of quotation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices may be subject to:

• Government taxes and levies
• Airline or transportation surcharges

The final price and inclusions will be specified in the booking confirmation, invoice, itinerary or other written communication issued to the customer.

Where applicable, taxes and mandatory charges will be disclosed as part of the applicable booking price.

Payment schedules vary depending on the destination, supplier, travel dates and services booked.

Customers must make payments according to the payment schedule communicated by SoulCraft Voyages.

Failure to make payment by the applicable deadline may result in:

• Cancellation of the booking;
• Loss of promotional or quoted rates;
• Loss of hotel rooms, flights or other services;
• Additional charges for rebooking; or
• Any applicable cancellation charges imposed by suppliers.

A booking is not considered fully paid until all amounts due have been received.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to SoulCraft Voyages in writing.

Cancellation charges depend on the terms imposed by the relevant airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, visa providers and other suppliers.

Depending on the booking, cancellation charges may include:

• Airline cancellation or reissue charges
• Hotel cancellation charges
• Supplier penalties
• Visa and documentation charges
• Non-refundable deposits
• Administrative or service charges
• Other expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer

Certain services, promotional fares, special hotel rates, permits, tickets and packages may be completely non-refundable.

The applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated to the customer wherever reasonably practicable before confirmation.

Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be determined after deducting applicable supplier charges, cancellation fees, non-refundable amounts and any other applicable charges.

Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Processing times may depend on the relevant airline, hotel, bank, payment gateway or other service provider.

SoulCraft Voyages will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels or other third parties.

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, hotels, passenger names, flights, room categories or other booking details may be subject to additional charges and availability.

Any additional costs resulting from a customer-requested change shall be payable by the customer.

Some bookings may not permit changes after confirmation.

Travel services are provided in an environment where airlines, hotels, transport operators, governments and other suppliers may change schedules, routes, accommodation, services or operating conditions.

If a supplier changes or cancels a service, SoulCraft Voyages will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer with available alternatives, subject to supplier policies and availability.

Where applicable, refunds or compensation will be governed by the terms and policies of the relevant service provider and applicable law.

SoulCraft Voyages shall not be responsible for consequences arising solely from changes or cancellations made by independent suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline.

Flight schedules, aircraft, routes, baggage allowances, seat assignments and other conditions may change without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for checking their flight details and complying with airline check-in, baggage and documentation requirements.

SoulCraft Voyages is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, denied boarding, missed connections, baggage loss or other airline-related issues, except to the extent required under applicable law.

Hotel photographs, descriptions, star ratings and facilities displayed on our website or in promotional material are provided for general information.

Actual room layouts, facilities and services may vary.

Hotels may change room allocation, facilities, meal arrangements or other services due to operational circumstances.

Specific room requests, including adjoining rooms, particular floors, views, bed types or early check-in, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates and other documents required for their journey.

Where SoulCraft Voyages provides visa or documentation assistance, such assistance does not constitute a guarantee that a visa or permit will be issued.

Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government agency.

SoulCraft Voyages shall not be responsible for visa refusal, delays, immigration decisions or consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete or late documentation supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate passenger and contact information;
• Providing correct passport and identification details;
• Meeting payment deadlines;
• Arriving at airports, stations and departure points on time;
• Complying with immigration and customs requirements;
• Following the laws and regulations of destination countries;
• Respecting hotel, airline and supplier rules;

SoulCraft Voyages shall not be responsible for costs arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips, particularly international travel.

Customers are responsible for determining whether their insurance provides adequate coverage for circumstances including medical expenses, trip cancellation, interruption, baggage loss, delays and other travel-related risks.

Unless expressly stated in writing, travel insurance is not included in the price of a travel package.

Customers should independently assess their ability to undertake the proposed journey and obtain appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Customers must inform SoulCraft Voyages in advance of any relevant mobility requirements, dietary requirements or other special travel assistance requirements.

While we will make reasonable efforts to communicate such requirements to suppliers, specific arrangements remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

SoulCraft Voyages shall not be liable for failure, delay, alteration or cancellation of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Epidemics or pandemics
• War or terrorism
• Civil unrest
• Government restrictions
• Border closures
• Strikes or industrial action
• Flight or transport disruptions
• Political events
• Changes in immigration or visa regulations
• Acts of God

SoulCraft Voyages may arrange services provided by independent third parties, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, activity providers and local tour operators.

These services are subject to the respective provider's terms, conditions and operational policies.

Where applicable, the customer agrees to comply with those terms.

However, travel information, prices, availability, schedules and supplier services may change.
